lighttpd forum lighty > Visual Studio Compile

I am looking to use Lighttpd for my new project and would like to deploy 
on Windows for requirement reasons. So wondering if anyone has complied 
Lighttpd in Visual Studio. Or would have an idea on what would be 
involved, i.e. header files, pre-processor flags, libraries, etc.
