lighttpd forum migration > URL Redirect 301.

Hi ,

I am not knowing much about .htaccess file .. i had recently activated 
SEO frieindly URL option in JOOMLA .

I was associated with google's index and suddenly after this my traffic 
started falling.

I was told my google guys that is because i did not use Redirect 301 
command to redireccy my urls..

my site www.drypen.in has got 129 urls...
how do i use redirect in my .htaccess file?

i am pasting the content of my file here..
please help me .. i want my site urls to be back on google :(
