ok so i've installed lighttpd and compiled php and mysql into it and it
all works now how the hell do i get to it from out side when i put in my
ip all i get is server not fond and have no idea how to fix this
ipconfig gives me:

yes one roghter link but nothing else should it be like that?

What ip are you trying to connect to it from? If the other computer
isn't on the same network then you have a router issue. Look into ddns
servers, and find out how to do DNAT on your router (usually called
"port forwarding", or something like that).
If it is a computer on the same network (connecting to the internet from
the ~ver y same~ router), then it might be an issue with the firewall
installed on the server computer.
