lighttpd forum XCache > Question about how XCache stores its data

I just changed from eAccelerator to XCache, and I noticed that XCache 
doesn't seem to have a temp folder where it stores its data. Does it 
store ALL of its cache in RAM, with nothing on the disk?

yep, but the ram can be swapped to disk
