When will a PHP 5.2.12 compatible version of Xcache be released?

Is there a set schedule; "x" number of days/weeks after a new PHP
version
is released for Xcache to be updated or is it just whenever the devs get
around to it?

XCache 1.3.0 works with PHP 5.2.12, at least in my CentOS dedicated
server.

EDIT: NM, i finally got it to load. I was using zend_extension_ts and i
switched to extension and now it works ;)

The problem is though, its loaded but its not caching any files aside
from the xcache config files. I have xcache loaded at the bottom of the
extensions list. Any idea how to fix this?
